As a bioinformatician, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines, analyzing complex datasets, and ensuring the seamless operation of our Amazon AWS server infrastructure. Working closely with our scientific team, you will understand the technical aspects of our offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

What are your tasks:

Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines for NGS and single-cell sequencing data
analysis.
Perform data analysis, interpretation, and visualization of single-cell datasets.
Set up, configure, and maintain Amazon AWS servers for computational tasks.
Collaborate with molecular biologists and researchers to support data analysis needs.
Stay updated with the latest developments in bioinformatics and sequencing technologies.

Requirements:

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
Proven experience in NGS data analysis and single-cell transcriptomics.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Bash.
Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) and server maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
